Coaching Programs
Our programs are divided into four key areas:
Hourly Lesson Packages at three locations: World Beat driving range or on-course playing lessons at Tower Ranch or Sunset Ranch, booked as needed.
Seasonal Coaching Programs for groups or individuals, built around short-term and long-term goals of golfers willing to commit to playing better golf through focussed practice.
Clinics or golf schools with specific areas of focus on putting, short game techniques, bunker play and distance improvement.
Junior Programs Clinics or golf schools tailored for juniors, including guest professional clinics.

Derek Schade is one of the Okanagan’s most respected golf professionals. With a passion for helping players of all skill levels, Derek brings a wealth of experience and a personalized approach to teaching.
Derek believes there is no “one best way” to swing a golf club, especially considering each player’s unique physical abilities but there are proven fundamentals that great players rely on.
Known for breaking down complex swing mechanics and short-game concepts into simple, understandable, reliable and repeatable swing mechanics is the better way.

Derek currently resides in Kelowna, BC, Canada, but spent most of the last 25 years as a golf professional in Southeast Asia.

Individual Golf Lessons
One Hour Lesson – $100.00
Series of 3 Lessons – $250.00
Series of 6 Lessons – $440.00
Individual coaching programs are designed with a seasonal plan, anchored around your short-term and long-term goals. These programs include practice plans, progress tracking, session recaps, and video analysis.
Group Lessons
For groups of 3 to 4 golfers (ideal for beginners interested in starting the sport)
Series of 4 one-hour Lessons – $159.00 per person
On-Course Playing Lessons
Playing lessons are a fantastic way to develop skills and improve in real life situations.
Topics include:
Putting and short game situations including techniques and decision making
Bunker play
Increasing distance
Course management and shot selection.
– 4 Holes: $150.00
– 9 Holes: $200.00
Seasonal Coaching Program
This comprehensive program covers every aspect of the game, including full-swing, short game, and on-course training.
Program Includes:
– Pre-Season Assessment: Swing analysis and playing ability evaluation.
– Personalized Practice Plan: Tailored to your goals.
– Range Instruction: Focused on swing and short-game techniques.
– On-Course Play: Applying lessons in real-game scenarios.
– Video Analysis: Identifying areas for improvement.
– Mental Training: Techniques to stay focused and confident.
– Tournament Preparation: Practice and course management strategies.
– Post-Season Review: Progress evaluation and goal-setting for the next season.
Full Season Program (25 hours of Private Coaching): $2,000.00

Golf Clinics Clinics
Ladies Clinic Series
A great way to tune up your game for the season. Group sessions are 60 minutes and focus on developing new skills each week.
Weekly Sessions scheduled through the season.
Topics include Putting, Pitching & Chipping, Bunker Play, the Full Swing and Increasing Distance
Cost: $150 for the series of four sessions or $50.00 per session.

Spring Training Camps
Three specialized camps are available:
Putting – Build a reliable stroke and master green reading, speed, and line.
Short Game – Develop chipping and pitching skills for on-course success.
Bunker Play – Learn bunker fundamentals and adapt to specialty situations.
Speed Training
SuperSpeed or Sack Training programs – Increase swing speed for longer drives and lower scores.
Program Includes Biomechanics, training protocols, and advanced speed development.
Cost $285 for the series (two sessions per week for three weeks).
