Thank you for your interest in Sunset Ranch Golf & Country Club. Sunset Ranch has meeting facilities to accommodate all types of groups – from casual lunch meetings to impressing the CEO and VIP’s. With the addition of our new Fairways room, Sunset Ranch has the ability to offer a conferences and meetings for up to 100 guests. Our main banquet room on the top level of the clubhouse offers fantastic views of the Golf Course and Sunset Ranch. With built in projectors, screen and a state of the art sound system, Sunset Ranch is the perfect place to bring your meetings. Our new Fairways room located on the lower level has fantastic views of 1st tee and surrounding gardens. Equipped to host up to 64 people (depending on set-up), the Fairways room is a perfect spot for host a meeting before golf or enjoy a working lunch or dinner. This private room comes equipped with a 65 inch TV and built in HDMI connections.

All Pricing Includes Room Set-up, Take down and all Audio Visual Requirements. Applicable tax will be applied to the invoice.
