Meetings & Conferences

The beautiful Sunset Ranch Golf & Country Club has meeting facilities to accommodate all types of groups – from casual lunch meetings to impressing the CEO and VIP’s. The Sunset Room seats approximately 70 guests for lunch and business meetings and up to 100 guests for theater style seating. Whether your meeting is an all day event or a short small meeting, our Events Manager will customize a package to suit all your needs.

The Room

The Sunset Room is 1900 sq feet with two great attached patios. The Dining Room overlooks great views of the 18th Hole and 10th Tee Box. With a wide array of set-ups available, our team of events staff can customize an event to meet all your requirements.

Audio Visual

The Sunset Room comes complete with Wireless Microphone, Speakers, Projector Screen, and a Sony Projector. Our Sunset Room also comes equipped with Wireless Internet access available to all your guests. We also come equipped with Easels and Stands for all your presentation needs. For large events we can customize an A/V package to meet all your needs.

Pricing & Room Availability

All Pricing Includes Room Set-up, Take down and all Audio Visual Requirements.
Applicable tax will be applied to the invoice.

Morning Meeting 7:00am – 1:00pm $250.00
Afternoon Meeting 11:30am – 5:00pm $250.00
All Day Meeting 7:00am – 5:00pm $375.00

*Extensions can be granted if space and availability permits
